officejet pro 9014e disable hp+

Is there a way yet to disable HP+ on officejet pro 9014e once activated, I felt like this was a good printer until the half teaspoon of ink that came with it ran out and left me with a large brick, I would like to use compatible ink due to the completely outrageous cost of HP ink, I am aware that if I had read the small print I would have not activated the HP+ feature but I cant do much about that now, I will never advise any of my customers to buy HP again as this is unacceptable behaviour, I paid for this printer I did not hire it from HP so I should be able to revert back to factory default.

I could not even get the Instant Ink subscription to work as it would not accept my post code (Jersey UK)

I refuse to pay £90 + for a few ml of ink
