Product: HP OfficeJet 6958 All-in-One Printer

Just installed new HP 902 XL and 902 ink cartridges into my officejet 6958. Now I get the older cartridge error. I have read HP agent PM other users. Trying to find support to get these HP ink cartridges to work with my officejet 6958.
