HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M181fw

good morning. I need to replace the toner in my printer. I bought a genuine HP toner. I even did the verification of the originality of the product and it tells me that it is ok. however when I insert the toner the printer does not recognize it and says it is not a genuine HP product and I can no longer print. can anyone tell me what the problem is?
