Office Jet j4680
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

My old Office Jet j4680 prints fine except when printing a screenshot. I'll go into Picture, then Screenshots and pick the one I want and choose to print it and it opens with windows photo viewer and it prints out blurry. Not unreadable but as though it has very close, double lines. I've set the options to only compatible with my printer which is 600 x 600 and still the close, double lines.

How does it look in photo viewer,? When you say you are setting it to 600x600 what exactly do you mean. If that is the resolution of the capture that may be the problem. What program are you doing screen capture with. There are some excellent 3rd party programs like Faststone Capture which do an excellent job of capturing.
