After I replaced the cartridge I have a message the printer drum needs to be replaced. I have printed approximately 3,000 pages.

The drum can print 23000 pages it's way too early for a drum to be replaced if you printed only 3k pages. What is an exact message on your printer screen ( not computer)?

You need to know exact pages you printed, not approximated number?

Thanks for replying. the message is "Install printing drum". I have tried to find out how to determine the number of pages printed and cannot find an accurate site on the internet that provides advice. The unit was bought in Oct 2019. I do not print more than one page a day. if you can point me in the right direction I can continue to chase the print count question.

You have checked your drum is installed or reseated?
