printer wil niet printen ondanks tot tweemaal toe vervangen patronen ..

VOLGENDE MELDING OP HET SCHERM

CARTRIDGE IS TE GEBRUIKEN ALS PRINTER IS INGESCHREVEN BIJ HP INSTANT INKT;;

 

MAAR DAT IS HIJ DUS;; ze hebben al 2 maal nieuwe patronen late, leveren ..EN TELKENS een paar afdrukkingen 

en terug vast ..MET DEZELFD MELDING;;

 

Hoe moet ik dit oplossen? IK ZOU DRINGEND WILLEN PRINTEN;; printer is pas 1 jaar oud.
