My printer indicated an empty cartridge. When I replaced the empty one with a new HP cartridge, I got a message that there was a damaged cartridge installed. I went and purchased a second new cartridge and got the same message. I tried to reset my print preferences to black only (NEW) and it will not print. How do I fix this?
