printer issues

I have a problem with my printer. I have cleaned the cartridge upto the second level and alos aligned the printer and my black print is still blotchy and blurry.  Im not sure if I have a defective ink cartridge or my barly twobyear old printer just quit on me. Any help?

Hi @Struble92 ,

 

Welcome to the HP Support-Community.

 

That's the cartridge which is defective. Take the black ink cartridge and turn it upside down for about an hour. Afterwards, re-insert the cartridge and run another cartridge clean.

How are the ink levels of the black cartridge?
