I have enquired about my printer that is not working - has 2 ink cartridges flashing on screen.  I have been told it will be replaced but have not heard anything since.  The case number is #[edited]

Thank you for posting your query.

 

I am sorry to hear that you have not received any update in regarding to the replacement. As per the case ID I see that the printer is under warranty and a replacement printer will be shipped within five to ten business days. Please be informed to check with the store for a quicker replacement . 

It is successfully updated with  address and placed the replacement order.
