Product: HP Envy 6020

Hi all, 

I am trying to print onto acetate paper using my printer. When printing it comes out grainy and the ink does not dry onto the acetate. I understand that I need an ink jet printer rather than a laser Jet but I was under the impression that the HP Envy 6020 was an ink jet printer. I have tried to look under the support but can't quite seem to find if it is an ink jet or laser printer. Any help much appreciated.

You have an inkjet printer but not all inkjet printers can print on acetate.

 

You need to get different printer Envy 6020 doesn't support acetate, you need to make sure before you buy you can print on acetate.
