Product: HP Deskjet 2510 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i have a hp 2510 all in one printer -when I print a colored document the red is not printed anymore - replaced the ink for color already twice and followed all found procedures, but still the same - if i look at ink level : all indicating full - i replaced the drivers installed all tools, no solution - how can this be fixed - best regards Guy

please anyone any idea..

I un-installed all drivers and did new install

all hints followed - same problem
