Hello,
I have a HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 5075 All-in-one printer that I purchased from India in 2019. I was using HP 680 ink cartridges for this printer in India.
I have now shifted to Australia with the printer. Since the HP680 cartridges are not available in Australia, I have purchased HP65 cartridge. However when I put the cartridge inside the printer, I get a "compatibility error".
From other discussion forums, I understand that I need to perform a "regionalisation reset" to the printer firmware.
How can I do this so that I can use HP cartridges in Australia for my printer?
Thanks

Hi @Markzulu,
Welcome to the HP Support Community
I'd like to help!
I understand you moved and the printer is not accepting the new region cartridges.
We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.
The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instructions to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
To access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Support Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
