Hi.
Hello, I bought a Deskjet 2545 from USA and now I am in India. I used HP61 ink for this printer and it is not available in India.
So, I bought HP802 inks since they are equivalent to HP61 inks for APAC region, but my printer doesn't work with an error message 'not compatible cartridges'.
I found out regionalization reset is needed to use new inks. I connected with HP Support in India and they can't help with this issue. Could someone help how to get code for regionalization reset?
Thank you in advance.

Hi @shankar2021,
I'd like to help!
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
