Using Hp Envy Photo 7858, replaced ink cartridge with genuine HP ink. Getting the indicated cartridges are not communication correctly with the printer, I did the troubleshooting ie turn printer off etc. to no avail. Could anyone

Try updating the Firmware by selecting the current OS version. Click here

 

And also, perform the steps from this document for further assistance.
