@Lynn377, Welcome to the HP Support Community – it’s great to have you here!

I appreciate you taking the time to share your question. I'm more than happy to assist with this and provide a solution that works for you.

I understand your OfficeJet Pro 9015 is showing a “Problem with supply system” message after replacing all cartridges with genuine HP ones, and it’s not printing. Let’s walk through some steps to resolve this issue.

Check Cartridge Authenticity

Even if the cartridges are labeled as genuine, it’s good to verify:

Power Cycle the Printer

  • Turn off the printer.
  • Unplug the power cord from the wall and printer.
  • Wait 60 seconds.
  • Plug it back in and turn it on.

This resets the internal sensors and may clear the supply system error.

Reinstall the Cartridges

  • Open the cartridge access door.
  • Remove all cartridges.
  • Check for any protective tape or packaging left on the cartridges.
  • Reinsert each cartridge firmly into its slot until it clicks.

Update Printer Firmware

Outdated firmware can cause supply system errors.

  • Go to the Official HP® Support
  • Download and install the latest firmware update for your operating system.

Check for Blockages or Ink System Issues

  • Inspect the ink cartridge area for any debris, ink buildup, or broken parts.
  • Clean the electrical contacts on the cartridges and inside the printer using a lint-free cloth slightly dampened with distilled water.

Reset the Printer to Factory Defaults

If the issue persists:

  • On the printer’s touchscreen, go to Settings > Printer Maintenance > Restore > Restore Factory Defaults.
  • Reconnect to Wi-Fi and re-add the printer to your HP account if needed.

I hope your issue is now resolved. If not, feel free to reply and we’ll continue helping until everything’s sorted!
