I have a cartridge problem error on my screen. I have removed the cartridge, cleaned the gold circle bits on the cartridge and on the cradle, and have reset the printer to no avail.

 

I am on HP instant ink programme as well and cannot seem to find out how to get a replacement ink cartridge under the plan.

I understand the instant ink cartridge is not working. Insert one ink cartridge at a time to identify the defective ink cartridge. 

 

Make sure the ink cartridges are properly inserted in the printer, you may refer to - Replace HP inkjet printer cartridges

 

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - Ink cartridge error

 

If the error persists, to assist you better, I would need some information related to your Instant Ink Subscription. This information cannot be shared on a public post.
