I own a color LaserJet Pro MFP M283cdw purchased at Costco. I'm trying to get support for an order (toner does not fit) placed on HP.com.

 

I have a valid HP printer. I have my serial number. But I cannot get support because the S/N is not recognized.

Hi,

For the serial number, please try providing the 10 first characters only, in any case you have a 14 chars printed serial number.

 

For the described problem, please make sure you use the correct toner cartridge -206A / 206X :
