I have used my printer, bought new, without problems for the last two years. Today I get the message that I have to install setup cartridges? This printer never came with these cartridges, I have tried all the things they recommend. Nothing is working. Is this printer broken after two years? If there is a solution please let me know, otherwise I have to buy a new one.

We would have to perform an OOBE reset on the printer to bypass the error
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
