Hi @zionsremnant,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It sounds like there might be an issue with the alignment or the print settings on your HP Envy Photo 7855. Here are some steps to help troubleshoot and resolve the issue.

Check Printer Settings:

  • Ensure that you have selected the correct paper size and type for your labels in the printer settings. Labels typically require specific settings to print correctly.

Update Printer Drivers:

  • Outdated drivers can cause printing issues. Go to the HP website, download, and install the latest drivers for your Envy Photo 7855.

Align Printer:

  • Run a printer alignment from the printer's control panel or the HP Smart app. This can help fix issues with misalignment.

Print Quality Settings:

  • Check the print quality settings in the print dialog box. Sometimes, selecting a higher quality setting can resolve print issues.

Check Label Layout:

  • Ensure that the labels you are using are properly formatted and that there are no issues with the label design software. Try printing a test label or use a different label template to see if the problem persists.

Inspect Labels and Printer:

  • Make sure there are no obstructions or jams in the printer. Also, ensure that the labels are properly loaded into the tray.

Printer Maintenance:

  • Perform a printer clean cycle if available. This can help clear any clogged nozzles that might be affecting the print.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
