My current printer cartridge will not work. The last 3 that I've bought and used with no problem is not an HP cartridge. All 3 of the others have worked but this one will not. I keep getting error 11. I don't understand why the previous 3 have been OK, but this one is not. Please help if possible. I don't want to have to toss this cartridge out.

Hi @Blazer55,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd like to help!
To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information.
May I have the exact product name and number? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
And about the cartridges, You may refill your cartridges or use remanufactured cartridges, but you may run into problems. HP will not guarantee the functionality of those ink cartridges.
There are many cartridges in the market which is refilled and sometimes the chip is not configured to work with the printer. You need to contact the cartridge manufacturer and find out why its not working. Try a different cartridge supplier and check if that works.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
