Product: HP photosmart 7520 printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

in windows 10 I had a program from HP that would align/clean print heads, show documents being printed, scan, show ink levels etc.

Does anyone know  what HP program this is? or how to talk to a live, walking, breathing person in customer support. So they have a phone number ?

HP Recommended

You can align/clean the head from the printers setup menu on the screen, also the ink level can be checked on the screen.

 

For scanning you will need Adobe flash that is no longer supported, some fix can be found:
