I am afraid there is no such tool available to replace or remove the chip from a cartridge.
However, if interested I'd be glad to help you to purchase a genuine HP cartridges and if possible i may also get a discount for the same.

This URL describes use of a special tool to replace the chip in a 218 cassette.

As mentioned earlier, with HP I am afraid there is no such tool available to replace or remove the chip from a cartridge.

Yes, we may find such results in a Google search.
However, there is no such tool (Chip replacement tool) designed or authorized by HP.
Additional support content may still be available via the HP Forums or from third-party web sites; however, HP takes no responsibility for content authored by third parties.
