Hi there, 

 

I was always able to print color until I moved into a new house. I printed a test page through the printer and color appeared. Then I printed a test page through Microsoft and it's just black and white. Are you able to help me print color again? I need it for school. When I try and switch it to "print color" an error message appeared. "color mode was changed from color because of a conflict with another printer setting."

Hi,

Try following below version of the HP Print and Scan Doctor Utility by selecting your printer:

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/printers/hppsdr/patches/HPPSdr.exe

 

Be sure to restart your PC and allow the utility to complete the process, then check for any difference.

 

Try printing and check for any change, if the same remains try printing using the newly added print queue copy and check.
