A few days ago, a problem came in it in which despite having blue ink in the printer, blue color was not showing while printing, whereas on pressing the I button, the information that comes is also not showing cyan color and there is cyan ink in the printer bottle. After this, I contacted HP service center and an executive named Pawan Biswas also came from there. He solved the problem and left. After that the printer got fixed but after a few days, this problem came again and I told the executive Pawan on the phone that the problem is coming with me because Pawan had said that if any such problem comes, you should call me and tell me.

My printer has not been fixed yet, I am facing a lot of problems. I spoke to Pawan, his senior Anurag, but my problem has not been solved yet. Pawan said that the head of your printer will be changed, that too has not happened yet. They are saying that its approval has not come, they are also saying that now my printer is out of warranty, whereas I purchased the printer on 21/02/2024. And along with this I am sending you the printer invoice and i the button information and the image of the head. Please solve my issue. I am facing problem in working. If you cannot solve my problem, then please take the printer and give me my refund amount.
