Photosmart 7525

I have an hp photosmart 7525 printer, I have just place a new yellow ink cartridge and it will not orint, I have already cleaned and aligned cartridges and still does not print. I followed the procedure of the virtual agent to remove printer head and soak in water. Still doesn’t work. Hope someone can help fast.  I need it for my work and need of it now because of work deadlines

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

It could be a defective ink cartridge too. If you insert your old yellow ink, does it print something at least?

Do you have any other yellow ink with you?

Hello Hp, I threw away the old one already. But before I place 2nd new one, I purchase one before this one and thought something was wrong with the 1st new yellow ink cartridge  because it would not print either. I returned it and got this 2nd new yellow ink cartridge and still it would not work. I have soaked it warm water like it said in the virtual thing but when I put it back it still would not work. I was thinking maybe the yellow ink inside the printer head is probably dry and hard and the warm water did not melt it. I don’t know but I hope you can help.

I recommend you to contact the HP Support Team regarding this as this could be a hardware issue.
