We are getting a CP.50 error message and the paper kept jamming in our printer. I searched the forum and saw that it said to restart the printer, take out each toner and put them back in one at a time. We restarted the printer took out each toner and put them back in one at a time. Now we are getting black spots on our papers and the error message. Can someone please help us with this?

Not familiar with a CP.50 error. If your control panel displays a 50 service error, the 50 service error is a fuser error. You will have to remove covers and replace fuser. Fuser unit is on the rear side above rear door.
