Copier simply stopped working.  Getting Error message saying use ColorLok paper, but there is paper in tray.  Same paper I've always used.  Have cleaned and checked all rollers, but it doesn't seem to pick up paper, whether one sheet in tray or multiple sheets.  Have used the Virtual helper and done all steps.  Have never gotten that error message before.

This type of error is most commonly generated when the paper size or paper type specified by the program you are printing from is different from what is loaded. One example we often see is when printing a PDF and the setting "use paper size specified by the document" and the document was created in a different geographic location where the default is say A4 and the default paper you use is letter size.
