90% of mismatch errors are caused by having a paper size or type set on the printer itself which either does not match the actual loaded media or does not match the media requested by either the program or the driver.
The other possible factor is a failing sensor pack in the tray of the printer, but you did not post the model of printer so it is impossible to comment on model specific issues.
