So first off, my new printer (3 weeks old) is not showing as one I can 'select from my products' above. It is a Smart Tank 6001 and looks like it should be a great printer.

However, it will not print anything from any Google application, including emails from **bleep**, Docs, Sheets, etc. I can print anything else, just zero from a Google app. 

Getting ready to return this printer tomorrow and give up. I've spent 3+ hours with tech support going over the same 3 things to verify/fix. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it manually several times to its IP address. Nothing. 

Any help would be so appreciated.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. The problem has been resolved. It was not an HP problem. Turns out, Chrome had added a pop-up blocker of some sort which was causing the printer to not recognize and perform the print jobs. We don't know how or why the pop-up blocker was added to Chrome but when we discovered and removed it, the printer worked perfectly. Very happy with our new Smart Tank printer. Not so happy with Chrome at the moment.
