Hi lucausa75,
You are welcome!
To answer your questions:
I would recommend the HP Deskjet 990c driver, as it supports A5 printing. When you change to this driver it might limit your printer to only printing as the HP Deskjet 990c is a single function printer. In order to regain functionality of the scanning, etc. You may need to go back to the HP Officejet 2620 driver. Although, it is possible that the scanning etc. could still work with the original drivers as well. The only way of knowing for sure is to try it out and test it.

Hi @lucausa75,
Welcome to the HP Forums!
I read your post on how you are trying to print on A5 paper, with your HP Officejet 2620 printer. I am happy to look into for you!
According to this printer's specifications, this is an unsupported paper size, for this printer. The supported sizes are:
U.S. Letter: 216 x 279 mm (8.5 x 11 inches)
U.S. Legal: 216 x 356 mm (8.5 x 14 inches)
216 x 330 mm (8.5 x 13.0 inches)
U.S. Executive: 184 x 267 mm (7.25 x 10.5 inches)
B5 (JIS): 182 x 257 mm (7.17 x 10.12 inches)
100 x 150 mm (3.9 x 5.9 inches)
216 x 330 mm (8.5 x 13.0 inches)
127 x 203 mm (5.0 x 8.0 inches)
However, as a possible workaround, you can to follow the steps in this post, How to Assign Alternate Print Drivers in Different Versions of Windows, by @Shane_R. For Windows 8, as they will work on Windows 10. And, then try a custom paper size.
If this helps, please consider clicking on 'accept as solution.' And, please click on the thumbs up icon. Both icons are below this post.

Dear RnRMusicMan,
thanks for your post.
Reading the solution you are proposing I think I have to install print driver in Windows 8 (I have Windows 10 on my pc).
Should I install HP Deskjet PCL3 Class or Photosmart PCL3 or Officejet PCL3 or Deskjet 990c or Deskjet 450 class driver?
If I install a different driver (I have HP Officejet 2620 All-in-One Printer) will something change on using my printer?
