Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9012 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

After a firmware update and a "help" by hp assitance on my hp Officejet Pro 9012 many parts of the touch-screen menu are locked by an admin-pasword. EWS is locked too. Factory reset  is not possible, because - Printer Maintenance, - Factory Reset is locked too. 
"admin" and the Printer 8 digit Password is not open the lock. 
How can I reset my printer or open the lock?
Please help, thank you!
