Product: HP DESKJET 3835
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hello. I bought a HP DESKJET 3835 all in one printer with ADF support. But Automatic Duplex Printing isn't working. I am unable to print both sides of a paper. When I go to Printer Preferences in control panel, the Automatic Duplexing Unit says "Not Installed" and the not installed space is grey, so the drop down menu is not coming. I have tried restarting the Printer, going to printui.exe /s and removing all the drivers and reinstalling them on my laptop. Still the not installed area is grey. Please help. Windows 10, x64 is the OS. Thanks in advance.
