HP 6230 ePrinter
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I have a HP 6230 ePrinter, working perfect in the local network, only when I'm working with RDP it seem to print only black lines.

It seems other peoples had the same problem with their HP printers but I can't figure out what's wrong with my settings.

Thx Jo

@PPMiami, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

As you are able to print fine on a local network, it indicates the printer is working fine.

This could be an issue with the remote connection. There will be limitations and restrictions on a remote desktop. Kindly contact your IT support.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
