Hi @Bhiser79,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It sounds like you're experiencing trouble getting your HP printer connected to your Wi-Fi network. Let's troubleshoot the issue step by step.

  • Check Wi-Fi Network: Ensure that your Wi-Fi network is working properly and that other devices can connect to it without any issues.
  • Placement: Ensure that your printer is placed within range of your Wi-Fi router. If it's too far away, the connection might be weak or unstable.
  • Restart Devices: Try restarting both your printer and your Wi-Fi router. Sometimes, a simple reboot can resolve connectivity issues.
  • Wi-Fi Settings: Double-check that you're connecting your printer to the correct Wi-Fi network. Verify the network name (SSID) and password.
  • Manual Input: If your printer has a display panel, try manually inputting your Wi-Fi network name and password directly into the printer. This can sometimes be more reliable than using the automatic setup.
  • Update Firmware: Check if there are any firmware updates available for your printer. Updating the firmware can sometimes resolve connectivity issues.
  • Reset Printer Network Settings: If nothing else works, you can try resetting the network settings on your printer to factory defaults and then reconfigure the Wi-Fi connection from scratch.

Hopefully, one of these steps will help you resolve the issue!

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
