my Bluetooth is not working. is my device enable to use Bluetooth. HP EliteBook 840 G2. serial number-[Personal Information Removed].

and also check is my laptop capable to use windows 11?

The only suggestion I can offer would be to install the Intel Bluetooth driver for your notebook's Wi-Fi adapter.

 

Intel® Wireless Bluetooth® Drivers for Wireless-AC 7265 (Rev. D), 3168 and 3165

 

Your notebook does not meet Microsoft's minimum W11 hardware requirements to run W11.

 

If you are interested in installing W11 on your PC as is, you can read this discussion for how I upgraded several HP and Dell notebook and desktop PC's that did not meet the W11 hardware requirements to W11 22H2/22H3.

 

You have to use the version of the Rufus utility that I zipped up and attached in the discussion (v3.18).

If the in-place upgrade fails, you should be able to clean install W11 using the bootable W11 installation flash drive you made with Rufus.

 

When W11 24H2 comes out, things have changed a bit, so watch this video for how to update your W11 23H2 installation to 24H2.

You might even be able to use this video to upgrade from W10 to 23H2.
