Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello;
My Officejet Pro 8710 bottom row panel does not respond to touch.

This means I can't press the "ok"/"back" buttons, so I can't use the printer.

A couple of notes:

* I am trying to access the support menu to reset the printer by pressing 4 times on the BL part, but since I can't use the bottom part of the touchscreen, this gets me nowhere.

* The printer is not connected to wi-fi since I can't press the "numbers" button to type in the password, nor can I press the "done" button.

* I have updated the drive and firmware.

 

I would appreciate your help,
