Whenever I try to print something with this new ink cartridge, it always pops up with this error. This ink cartridge is brand-new. I've tried talking with the virtual assistant, but none of what it said worked

Welcome to the HP Support-Community.
I am sure that we'll find the error! 😊
If you re-insert the old ink cartridge, does the message change? Please do this steps:
1. Turn on the printer and wait until it stops making noise
2. Remove both cartridges and close the access door.
3. Now, with the printer on, unplug the power plug from the back of the printer and wait 60 seconds.
4. now plug in the power cable and put the cartridges back in.
In addition to that, update the printer's firmware. You'll find instructions on this hyperlink:
