Hi,
I recently purchased OfficeJet Pro 8020 and two of the setup cartridges (Cyan Ink Cartridge & Magenta Ink Cartridge) were damaged somehow during installation. I replaced the damaged cartridges but my printer still keeps asking me to use the SETUP cartridges that came with the printer.
Please help!
