Hi:

 

If the PC came with Windows from HP, the product key is in the BIOS.

 

You will not need to product key to reinstall Windows.

 

If you want to view or save the product key info from your notebook's BIOS, you can download and install the free Showkey Plus app from the Microsoft Store.
