I can only print a couple pages before my CP2025 goes into what I call a "spinning mode".
When I click Print, my printer starts up and sounds like rollers are spinning, for 5 seconds, then stops, then begins spinning for 5 seconds, then stops. This goes on until I cancel the print job.
If I wait till the next morning, the printer prints the first two or three pages and then doesn't print and goes into the spinning mode.
After the last spinning mode episode, I've reinstalled Windows10 drivers. (My OS was upgraded from Windows 7 sometime back.) And successfully printed a test page. But when I tried to print a web page and excel file, I get the spinning mode.
I've tried using the Manual tray but error msg is Load Paper.
I have rarely use this printer and the rollers look fine. This problem began recently.
Any ideas?

Welcome to the HP Forums. I would be happy to help you with your HP Color LaserJet CP2025 Printer. I understand that you are getting load paper error and you have already done some preliminary troubleshooting.
Don't worry though as I have a few steps to determine the issue and find a solution as well,
Perform a power reset.
-
Press the Power switch to turn on the printer.
-
With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
-
Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
-
Wait at least 30 seconds.
-
Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
-
Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
-
Press the Power switch to turn on the printer.
Check the condition of the paper, and then reload it.
Adjust the settings in the print driver.
Click here and refer the document to perform the above steps.
(Note:Though the title of the printer is for different printer models, these steps should fix the issue>
Let me know how it goes.
Cheers

Sandytechy20,
Thanks for you quick response.
Yes, your solution worked but for only 3 prints and returned to stop printing.
So I waited till I began printing more jobs.
Now my printing seems to be OK, i.e., I've successfully printed 8 single sheet files.
This happened after I replaced the color cartridges.
Yep, they were empty as I was using the "ink override".
I hope this resolved my problem.

Bad news. Spoke too soon.
After printing about two dozen sheets, my CP2025dn stopped printing and went into its continuous spin, stop, spin, etc.
Turned off the printer over night, restarted in the morning, and it began printing. So far successfully printed half a dozen sheets. This CP2025dn was purchased in March 2011.
