I am trying to re-install Basic Drivers for Envy Photo 7800 (HP_7800_BasicX64_webpack.exe). I have done this before successfully. The printer is physically wired to my router. The computer is physically wired to my router.
I can log into the printers internal web server at it's IP address (192.168.1.14)
The automatic setup can not find the printer . Manual setup says is can not access the printer by the provided IP address.

Hi,
Please download and install below drivers for your printer, by reviewing your described filename it does not seems as the exact and latest driver:
If that doesn't work, please open the Run dialog (Start > Search for Run) and type appwiz.cpl, then press OK.
Locate the HP Envy Photo 7800 Basic Device Software and uninstall the software.
Restart your computer, reinstall the latest drivers above and check for any changes.
Please let me know how it goes,
Shlomi
