Check Your Internet Connection

Make sure your device has a stable internet connection.

Try loading a website to confirm connectivity.

 

Update or Reinstall HP Smart

Make sure you have the latest version of HP Smart installed:

If already installed, try uninstalling and reinstalling it.

 

Firewall or Security Software

On a computer, ensure that firewall or antivirus software isn't blocking HP Smart’s network access.
