My brand new hp2800 series printer will not work. Error code E0 problem with cartridges even though cartridges came supplied with printer

Thank you so much for the solution that really worked. I was just about to return printer to shop when I received your message. Couldn't believe it when it actually started printing after spending hours trying to get it to work. Massive thanks.
