Hi, I can never install the HP Smart app from the Microsoft Store on my Windows 10 Pro x64 PC. My PC is fully up to date with all the latest drivers. I have the full HP printer driver/software suite installed, but I also want HP Smart installed. It keeps giving me the following error:
Something unexpected happened - Reporting this problem will help us understand it better. You can wait a bit and try again or restart your device. That may help. - Code: 0x80073D0D with the option to Report the Problem or Close.
I have reported the problem in the past and nothing ever came of it. I'd really like to get this fixed.
Thank you!

Hi,
Can you successfully install other apps from the MS Store?
Please try installing any other up (not yet installed on your PC) and let me know if the same behavior occurs or not, to better understand any possible cause.
Shlomi

Hi Shlomi, thanks for responding.
Yes, I can successfully install and update every other app from the MS Store (I just installed Pandora and it installed without a hitch). This behavior only occurs with HP Smart. It downloads fine, starts installing, gets to around 90% then throws the error every time.
I tried DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth (and other things) and it does not fix the issue. I believe I also tried Get-AppXPackage *WindowsStore* -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"} to no avail.
Cheers,
Parker
