Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6968 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Can't download the OCR driver for my HP6968.  Spent about six hours with three different "HP Friend" people.  OCR autoloaded with the HP Printer Drivers until mid-2022.  It can now be downloaded as an option.  "Which I can't seem to master"!  HELP

I never did hear from an HP employee as indicated.  Really pissed with the support after using HP computers, laptops, printers, HP Friend, HPInk for years!  WHERE DA "ELL IS THE SUPPORT.
