I can't print claim code. I have had this printer for a while and I've decided that I'll start using it because my other HP printer started acting up. The printer has been set up once before when we first purchase it for my daughter. I have done a few troubleshooting steps to get claim code and none have worked. Once I do do the troubleshooting step to print the claim code, the page will print but only with HP logo on page and nothing else. Also I have printed a few pages to see would the printer print and it did but the ink look horrible, the blacks is not black and color is completely off. I wonder if the ink is old and that could be the problem for the prints. Can someone with knowledge of my problems can you please help me?

@Alvin76, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
It looks like the ink could have dried up. Check the ink levels, clean the ink cartridges up to 2 times, and print a quality report to check the result as shown in this document - Color or Black Ink Not Printing
If the issue persists, we may have to replace the ink cartridges. As this printer does not have a screen, the only way to obtain the claim code is to print it.
Once the printer is able to print fine, you may refer to this document to know how to print the claim code.
