Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9129e All-in-One Printer

Hi! I recently bought a printer from Goodwill and when i try to enroll in instant ink i get the error message 'THIS PRINTER IS REGISTERED WITH ANOTHER ACCOUNT, USE THE ACCOUNT THAT THIS WAS REGISTERED  WITH TO CONTINUE'  What do i do???

Nothing much, the original owner must unroll the printer from the instant ink account, so the new owner can use it.
