I have spent hours uninstalling printers and drivers and there's one last thing I cannot uninstall...
the error message I get is: Failed to remove package hpygid24_v4.inf. Access is denied.
I have tried to use windows uninstall package but it asks for the product key and I don't know what it's asking for, so that has not been helpful to me.
By the way....this problem that has led to me trying to uninstall so I can reinstall started several days ago when in the middle of several print jobs my printer paused and read on the screen that it was installing updates. It printed one more document after that and then stopped connecting to my computer. I brought the printer home to try to fix the problem before taking it back to the office. My printer will print from my iphone but no longer wirelessly from my laptop.

Perform root level uninstallation to remove all the printer related software's.
- In Windows, search for and open Programs and Features.
- Select your HP printer.
