Hello @sportthedog .
In order to use your printer on Windows, you just need to download and install the following driver:

HP OfficeJet Pro 8020 series Printer Full Features Software and Drivers

I have installed this download.  when i go to the printer and try to scan a document, it says the following:

Visit 123.hp.com/ setup ..... and then download the HP software..Open the software and then select "print, scan & fax > manage scan to computer".

AS best i can tell I have downlaoded the software.  I can't find anywhere in HP Smart that allows me to "print, scan & fax > manage scan tocomputer".

thanks
