Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina


The error message I am getting when I try to d/l the updated firmware:

Not Found

The requested URL /storage/nawest1/hpi.origin.cdn.level3.net/published/pub/softlib/software13/printers/djp4100/DJP4100_2208H_2208I_2208J.dmg was not found on this server. Apache Server at hpi.origin.cdn.level3.net Port 80. This Firmware was just updated March 07, 2022.

Hi @Ebony72,

please download the latest firmware using below link, I did reported this so the broken link on HP Support would be corrected in the future:
